We’ve been using vital smiles for quite some time now. Very friendly environment and people are very easy to get along with. My son loves to have Melba Polite to assist him with his visits, he says she is very nice and gentle.

They are great. I’ve never had a problem with Vital Smiles, they always do great work. The only thing I dislike now is due too the pandemic, you really can’t go too the back with your child. They care about your safety and also theirs, they treat everyone equally.

I love vital smiles i brought my son some years back and he was well taken care of. I brought my daughter today and she cried at first but with a very friendly staff and a awesome assistant name Melba P. she calmed down and i was very happy! The staff is wonderful, Ashley Williams in customer service/appointments was very nice and friendly and got me a appointment quickly and i was vert appreciative i will most definitely be coming back again. THANKS SO MUCH VITAL SMILES

Surprisingly after so many visits and leaving, they finally got all of my kids in and out at a decent time! Overall today was a great day and the staff was very friendly and professional!!! Only thing I would love to recommend to them is to not schedule sooo many people at one time (ridiculous) but thanks Vital smiles ladies and gentlemen you guys are appreciated.

Every time my son and I visit Vital Smiles we are greeted with a friendly smile. All of the employees are very professional and kind to all of the children. Keep up the great work… I would also like to give a special shout-out to Lakeisha Williams for being the best at her job. It’s not just a career to her…. It is her life!!! ❤️❤️❤️
